Drywall Installation Course

Through hands-on experience, students learn the use of drywall finishing tools, safety equipment and procedures for using power tools, rigging of drywall on frames and ceilings is also taught, as are trim application methods. Students will practice applying tape, using taping tools, and implementing wiping techniques to cover the seams between pieces of drywall.
 
Instructors will also teach the students how to prepare surfaces, application techniques, texturing machines, color usage, applying texture by hand, and covering up damaged areas.
